Fractal Design - Non Existent Tech/Warranty Support

I found out that the leaking AIO cooler i have is still under manufactures warranty. However Fractal dont appear to answer any support tickets. Has anyone had any luck recently, is there a Forum Rep here?

for ref, the 2nd ticket is actually saying , Can you please check the first ticket..

Hi Kurgen, I have just returned a leaking AIO to Fractal as well, where was your one leaking from ? Was it the Kelvin or the Celsius ?
