Not tried using posting anything on youtube but now i have some stuff i would like to put on it there, just to give it a go like.

What software do people use to compress their avi's? I've tried a couple of demos but they all seem to be out of sync

Ahhhh VirtualDub, been trying to remember that name for ages.

..... Installed both but cannot get VirtualDub to open anything, says it can find the VfW thingy

VirtualDub can open any DirectShow file with this filter:

Hmmm, i doesnt have any codecs, do you how i can install some? - i already have a codec pack installed

Ahh no worries, i'll just have to use the 32bit version!
