Hi there

You activate it at:-
1. www.steampowered.com/getsteam
2. Download steam installer
3. Install and launch Steam
4. Goto games menu and activate a product on Steam.
5. Enter your Dirt Showdown Key.

So to answer your question - YES! :D

This is an awesome offer, a FREE game for simply spending over £25 at OcUK, but you have to order before 5pm tomorrow! :)
 
So glad I holded that 1 day extra before ordering my new mouse and just as I had nothing to play this comes up!

Just ordering G700+ this, shame the boogie pad isn't on offer anymore as that make it the most epic deal ever.
