Free intraweb!!

Just posting up from the middle of Stoneleigh NAC - Came out fishing with [Huzeeee] and we found this hotspot.

Fishing was pretty good, we caught a good number, shame they were mainly tiddlers really.

Does anybody know how is best to fish for carp in the winter? Boilies on a ledger and a bite alarm - then a warm bivvy and a few cold bevvys?

While I cannot find a lake with a wifi hotspot, normally getting a damn phone signal seems hard enough one of my local lakes does have a curry shop that will deliver to the car park, curry+few beers usally makes for a good nights fishing

you took your laptop with you when you went fishing?

are you sure it was free? could have just been one of the organisations there who haven't secured it properly!

i know the nfu use wireless networks, and their building is right by the fishing lake!

I said intraweb in a tongue in cheek fashion - it sounded pretty funny.

I had my laptop in the boot of the car, then when we were packing away I thought i'd give it a shot.

The NFU building has secured networks - there's hundreds all over the park actually.

The one we had access to was unsecured, I could see the other workgroup computers, but they were passworded.

Out if interest atomiser, where do you live? Do you fish up at the NAC?
