Sorry if this is a repost but nothing came up in the search.

Get Xbox Live for 12 months free, if you take broadband and phone services with Virgin Media.

It says the offer is available to existing customers, but I'm not sure if it just means phone customers who take up broadband.

Any existing customers tried this who already have broadband with them?

I'd phone up and complain if you've only just signed up with them, they're bound to give you something, they always do!

Yes and when you ring tec support and they try to tell you that they only support PC's now you can shove that in their face.

I had probs kept getting disconnected from games on Live and when I rang they said they didnt support xbox360 well now they have to beings they are offering this!!!

Oh and it must have been the terrayon modem because soon as they sent me the new 255 black box iI can play all night no probs wheras before i was getting disconnections all night!

No they don't, they're offering a free sub...not support for your xbox problems.

but its not an xbox problem it was a problem caused by their modem and servers because now its ok with the new modem and another more helpfull tec guy saw there were probs in my area

Yeah this is only to new customers. Tried to make them cancel my account and then re-open it but its only for people who have never had broadband from Virgin. :(

I've heard from several people that they have tried for it, and when VM have said no its for new customers only they state it says for existing also on the website and they got it so I'm going to give it a go also, no harm.
