FreeAgent backup taking a lot more space than it should

Hey I have a Seagate Freeagent Pro 320gb. Only about a month old.
I noticed recently that I somehow used up most of the disk space, so there is only 10gb left. Except.... I haven't really. There is one folder (the one that I use for the autobackup program) that apparently has 190 GB worth of data in it; but when I go in and highlight the subfolder, there is really only 24gb in there.

Anyone have any ideas?

You got show hidden files and folders turned on?

I do now
Seems there's a huge folder called _temp inside my backup folder. Do you think it's okay to delete it?
Edit: It contains dataclad#####.tmp files
