Any other folks using Sandy Heath ? we and neighbors have seen signal break-up exclusively on the ch21 hd mux . I think this corresponds/started with the addition of channel5 hd to that mux at the start of May.
I am waiting for a reply from digitaluk, but could not find any transmitter telephone numbers to ring.

I believe they use dynamic muxxing on these channels so if there was coincidentally some high action scenes at the same time across channels on the mux image quality would be degraded (indeed I would contend problem is most prevalent around 9pm ... when lots of programs start) - please correct me if this simplified view is wrong !

... found issue, amplifier/splitter on aerial in loft was defective and had become an attenuator of signal. HD signal and SD now much stronger/higher quality.
Do not understand why just hd was impacted / why hd break-up was itself starting 9pm'ish (inc neighbors)
Also checked aerial look angle w/compass, did wonder if 4G interference might be the issue needing new aerial, however hd channels are lower frequency c21 and 4G is apparently at the higher end.
