got an abit av8 from the clearance section set it up when it came to boot came up error 0.4 checked this and found it might be a memory problem so swapped the memory round rebooted next thing smoke was belching from the board next to the ide cable turned everything off quick any one tell me is it worth sending it back seeing it only cost £20 and would i have to pay for p&p
 
If it's a new product then the sales of goods act states that "the consumer should not be financially penalised for the return of faulty goods". In other words you will have to pay the postage but they have to refund you the cost. It's a good idea to always include a receipt for the postage in the package.

only problem with that is you women at the till gives you the recipt after you giver her he parcel lol
