From fat to fit or die(t) trying...

Well it’s been awhile since I’ve done one of these, so let’s hope I can stick to it this time!

Current Stats:
Height: Manlet (5ft 6)
Weight: Fat (110kg)
Goal: get back to <100kg and then change accordingly.

Don’t know my current 1RM’s yet and I haven’t squatted in forever since my mobility went to ****. I don’t really have any strength goals at the moment, but would be nice to maintain some kind of strength while hoping to drop some weight.

going to use this week to work out a routine, but will probably stick to my old route if possible with a few substitution for squats and see if I can get some kind mobility back.
 
Had a play with deadlifts today, both me and my nephew as we were both needing to get back in to it.. Only issue was that I hadn't anything to eat, so let's call it a fasted session :(

No lower back pump, so must be a good sign in regards to form, but easily saw where I was weak, so got bits to work on. May add in some core work too after, once I get stuck in and routine settles in.

Could barely do anything as everything was full! Ended up super setting the tricep pull downs and face pulls.
 
Well the week went to pot from then, so didn't get much in, but going to get a legs session in tomorrow for punishment and probably not be able to walk all next week! :D I am suffering some nice back doms from all the power cleans yesterday.. Nick would be proud!
