this game seemed to have slipped by my radar and after a few googles it looks very promising

Kaos Studios developed the Battlefield 1942 mod Desert Combat that was bought by Battlefield’s developers Digital Illusions and later served as the basis for Battlefield 2

game has two factions , over 60 vehicles and player abilities akin to a rpg allowing customization (which bf didnt invent btw, more evolved it)




ill keep an eye on this one incase ET:QW has problems ;p , so what you think ?

From what i can see, could be quite nice, will have to keep an eye on this. Quake wars does look nice though
