Fujifilm FinePix S5500 hi guys been given the chance to buy this from a m8 of mine
he wants £80 for it is it worth it
all boxed and bits but only comming if i buy it with the 16 mb xd card

so would have to buy a card to start with
so here is hoping ppl on here will say leave it or buy it

I think that is a reasonable price, when I sold my s5500 in the summer I got around £125 for it IIRC, but that was with a 512mb XD card and some close up lenses for it. Obviously the s5600 coming out will have lowered the second hand price of them a bit, but I don't think the price is too bad.

Just remember to take into account the price of a decent size memory card (16MB is only really any use for checking the camera works and thats about it

) and also a decent set of rechargeable batteries and a charger
