Full body routine required!

Given my current hectic schedule and eratic sleeping patterns I'm only able to get my ass to the gym maybe 1/2 times a week. As such I need a decent full body routine! Spec away please! :)
 
Flat Bench Press
Close Grip Bench Press / Skullcrushers / Weighted Dips
Incline Dumbbell Press
Squats
Barbell Lunges
Calf Raises
Shrugs / Haney Shrugs
Arnold Dumbbell Presses / Dumbbell Raises
Stiff Legged Deadlift
One Arm Dumbbell Rows
Wide Grip Chin-ups
Barbell Curls / Concentration Curls / Alternating Hammer Curls

Covers all the main areas. :)
 
My old fav (3 sets of 5 on all exercises)

Day1:
Squat
Military Press
Bent Over rows

Day2
Bench
Deadlift
Pullups / Pulldowns
