Fullscreen video on primary (like secondary)?

Hey guys. Getting some tearing on video which only happens on secondary display settings and need to figure out how to set video to fullscreen on the primary display in the CCC settings for the X1900.

Or does anyone know a program (free) that will play incoming video (like sky) fullscreen?

Or should I just get a TV tuner? :p

Edit: N/m someone recommended descaler which does the job but the I.Q is a bit dodgy.....
