Last night I watched the episode of Futurama where Frys dog dies (Jurassic Bark). I had seen some of it before but it is soo sad. I don't normally get upset at TV but after watching this cartoon I am still unhappy now.

Has anyone else seen this episode? what do you think? I really hope they make more and do bring Seymour back to life. :(

if you think that's bad...watch Luck of the Fryish...the end of that makes me cry every time.

I almost wept watching *batteries not included on Sky movies last night. Damned sentimental films!

The remake of Five Children & It had me fighting back the tears as well. What do they feed that kid Freddie Highmore? Magic weepy jam on toast with a cup of hot steaming sentiment?! Poor little mite.

Edit twenty minutes too late: Or blubber. Hahaha!

I still bawl like I did when I was five years old if I watch The Land Before Time...When Littlefoot's mum dies.

I'm actually welling up a bit now.

Goddamnit, must be manly.

every god-damn time. i think the problem with that one is it's like someone whacked you in the face with a spade - you didnt see it coming and you havent got a clue where it's gone, but your eyes are watering uncontrollably. Brendan Fraser is such an underrated actor imo. and the one where he gets diagnosed gets me as well :(

Yeah. It's a sad episode at the end...but the rest is dead funny.

That's one of those things I wish I could have erased from my memory so I can watch it again for the first time. Great episode.

Oohh man that was the film i was trying to think of

When he runs over to the shadow of himself thinking its his mom :(

I'm sorry but I can beat you all for tears from a cartoon...

Transformers: The Movie

Prime's death gets me everytime :(

Even now after 20 years it's the worst :o :o

Other than that I'll have to go along with Jurrasic Bark, when it's playing the music & you watch Seymour getting older & waiting for Fry that just does it for me, not full on tears, but the whole lump in the throat & welling up thing :(

There are a few toons that actually make me well up, Justice League Unlimited managed it as did Pokemon: The movie (Pikachu bit by the end...dont ask!!!)

I'm gonna have to stop there I'm getting myself all upset thinking about them now :(

I watched it too, almost didn't when I saw what episode it was, but it's one of the best from that season. Very sad though.

I agree that Luck of the Fryish was sadder though, and possibly the best ever episode.

Sod it, I've got the afternoon off. Season 3, it's ON like Donkey Kong.
