Hi Everyone
I have a Gigabyte GA-965p-S3 board with an E6300 core2duo and 2Gb corsair XMS2 memory (4x 512mb). Ever since i put this system together over 12 months ago my CPU has been overclocked to 2.3Ghz. Then the other day my bios reset itself for some reason and now i cant get a couple of settings to save in the bios.
If i enable CPU HOST CONTROL the M.I.T page in the bios resets itself and if i change the PCI EXPRESS FREQUENCY the M.I.T page in the bios resets itself.
I can change every other setting(memory timings, voltage etc) and they will save, but as soon as i change the above two options the M.I.T part of the bios resets to default.
Even if i enable CPU HOST CONTROL and leave it at 266 (which is the default) it wont save, my computer restarts a few times and goes back to default.
Anyone have any idea whats causing this?
