GA-P35-DS3L NB Heatsink??

Just noticed how hot the NB heatsink (i think, near the cpu) gets, its too hot to touch for more than a couple of seconds is this normal when OC the cpu, currently at 3.8ghz with an E7200 CPU. Whats a good prog to monitor the temps of the NB?, im using speedfan atm, and i think temp2 on the read out is the NB reading?

Try Everest or PC Wizard to double check the northbridge temps, my DFI Infinity got up around 70-80c and my Gigabyte EX38-DS5 about 50c.

Is the NB temps automatically shown with Everest or do you have to enable it in one of the options?

Just checked mine it shows the temp automaticaly, another good programme is HW Monitor.

So that would be the Motherboard temp then? Its saying its 30c, but the actual heatsink to roasting cant even put my finger on it for more than 2 seconds
