I'm installing an arctic 120 and the manual is telling me to beware the alignment of the pump leads..? Unfortunately it's not doing a good job of explaining exactly what it means by this?

Does it mean that the leads as they are arranged on the head of the cooler should be in the direction/side of the radiator? Or should they be opposite? Or is it just pointing to the fact that the leads should simply not be kinked?

Any advice much appreciated!

I'm not sure what they mean, but images seem to show pump with inlet and outlet toward front of motherboard and radiator mounted with hose connections at bottom.

With no reservoir we want the radiator to be above pump or at least the top end of radiator above pump. This way any hopefully any air in system will collect in radiator/top of radiator above pump and not in pump.
