My one of these cards arrived in the post yesterday, using cool bits i let it automatically find the best clock for the card, it defaults to the below:

Core: 425mhz
Mem: 1200mhz

Coolbits managed to overclock the card to 493mhz core, and 1398mhz memory, after adjusting manually, i have managed to get 550mhz core and 1450mhz memory clocks, with no artifacting in any games / test that i was using.

very good card I do say so myself.

I've not managed any 3d mark test's yet, I'm waiting for my new CPU to come along , at the moment it is running a sempron 3100+ at 9 * 285, 2.565ghz, and I think this may be a bottle neck...or not.... i'm running the RAM divider at DDR333 so the RAM is also quite speedy at the moment :)

If you think it worth doing some benches with this CPU i'll get them up :)

Hey Mark sorry to bother you but could you please backup your bios for me? I've flashed my cards bios a few times and I think it's been detrimental to its performance. I remember when I first got my card coolbits would give me a optimum frequency of 491/1380. Now it to autodetects to 484/1360 and isn't stable at anything over 475/1400.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Download the latest nvflash (v5.31) then make a bootable floppy disk and copy nvflash.exe and cwsdpmi.exe to it.

Boot the computer from the floppy, and issue the command:
nvflash -b a:\bios.rom this will extract a copy of the bios from your card and put it onto the floppy disk as bios.rom.

Thank you very much for your help!

As the file is quite small I think I'll be able to receive it as a e-mail attachment. My email address will be in my profile if it isn't already.
And thanks again Mark :)
