Gainward BLISS GF 7800 GS 512MB AGP?

Friday thats cool, I have posted comments in the other thread but its a bit like banging your head against a brick wall with the PCIe obsessed ppl in there, I dont have enough money for a major upgrade and wont be performing one until the spec for Vista becomes more clear. So a much updated AGP card makes economical sense to me.

and before anyone hijacks this thread with comments on upgrading for £300 the true cost to me would be as follows:

£400+ Intel CPU
£150 Mobo
£350+ Graphics Card
£400 2GB DDR2

So no I cant just move to PCIe

Good luck and let us know how that baby performs.

7800GS - go BLISS

7800 GS for most AGP users would be a good upgrade, especially from a 6600GT rig or worse... i think it's great and it will continue to promote a majority user base looking for a simple no re-install user base wanting seamless upgrade i bet there will be more to come from the clever g-card suppliers bending the n-vidia rules like gainward!

keep it upo and bring it on!!!

my rig is old, and it rocks... for 66090GT base, so why the hell don't more g-card manufaccturers recognise this... aaahhh they will and are starting to do soooooo
