Galaxy had an issue on production line, they will give me a new ETA tomorrow hopefully, gonna be another week or so at least though.

Think changing from blue to black PCB has caused an unforeseen issue so they are resolving it.

I think that might be my fault

I've got Galax engineers looking at the SLI offset voltage bug, power state lag issue and we're talking about upping the voltage from 1.212v to 1.25v to match the likes of MSI/Gigabyte etc.

I've flashed a modded bios which seems to fix the SLI offset voltage bug, so onto the power state and increased voltage next.

Galaxy have a good record, so better to be spot on than release a card with a potential issue.

I think it's purely to arouse you, it worked. I got an NRB at work today looking at the pictures....

I take it these Galax non-ref designs are not suited to SLI ? I have an MSI GD-65 so there is a wee bit of space between the pci-e slots, and the Air540 has two intake fans..but not completely convinced my air cooling is top notch.

Rock 2 non ref of these in air 540 .. With stock fans and 3 x 120mm af , it's a push to keep top card below 80c for long sessions ... Can be done by increasing fans to 90% = 78c or moving temp target to 85 ... Max temp on top card is 83c and performancs beitifuly while quiet then .


Any more info on the voltage bug in SLI .? ... My cards suffer from this and limits my overclocking unless I tweak them separtly in NV inspector . Will they drop a bios update or w.e ?
