Galaxy frontier s3 think i have broke it

As above.
purchased a new battery as mine was fat and bloated and the watch was loosing charge very fast. followed a youtube strip down guide which was easy enough and was 99.9% sure i was very careful, got it back together and now i am left with this, short video. had the watch apart more times to double check everything and take some close up pictures i cannot see anything bent or broken but obviously it is.

Anyone had similar or any ideas

Looks like a software issue have you tried reflashing it's firmware?

No other options available i only have what you see in the video.

It looks like the software was bricked, so you need to re flash the firmware that runs the phones hardware, I take it you didn't completely discharge it before removing the old battery?

Google how to unbrick it and see if anything there can help you.

cheers for your replies unfortunately there is no way to get the watch to respond, pressing buttons has no effect on or off the charging stand connecting direct to pc nothing is recognised, guess i have a new paper weight.
