I am actually looking for the same kind of thing but i am more interested in directional sound more then the quality. The mic has to be good quality as well. Don't want sound like i am underwater as communication is the key for me.

Under £100.00 and must be extremly comfortable for long hours of play preferably one where i cannot hear outside noise form the headset.
i hear the goldring Goldring DR-150 are great for games but i am also hearing the sennheiser 555 are as well? Which one would be better.

Links to a good reputable company who sells them would be great as well if its not available on overclockers
Any recomendations?

*Note i have had medusa's and they lasted for 3 months before falling apart. Poor build quality IMO. My m8 bought 2 and they have both fallen apart as well.
