games on os x with second monitor - lock it off?

how do

had a quick go at minecraft - and I remembered the problem I've had before with the mouse... when in full screen, if you go left enough to where the mouse would be on the second monitor in normal usage, you lose mouse control...

is there any way to lock the movement to the main monitor temporarily for gaming, yet leave the second monitor on? (only lock the mouse boundaries)...

Any ideas?

After a good ole search, I fear this isn't possible which seems craaaaaazy - I could really do with a keyboard shortcut to shut off mouse access to the second monitor...

If anyone thinks of anything let me know
