Hi,
So I;d like to be able to play games like minecraft and Total war, starcraft 2 and WoW with decent FPS. And maybe some more graphic intensive games. So a decent graphics card I need an OS with it, I've been thinking of an i3 and upgrading later to an i5 but I've been struggling to fit in the gigabyte z77d3h in my price range with an OS.. if you guys could help, I'd be eternally grateful :o
Thanks ;)

Slightly over budget - however you could drop the case for something cheaper. Case tends to be personal preference anyway! But the Antec 300 is a nice case for the price.

If you have an old hard drive you could re-use you could always swap the one i've spec'd for an SSD or maybe get the 2GB version of the graphics card?

Thing is, this is way over my budget but I also want upgrade capabilities (with the motherboard) and also don't want to skimp on the graphics,I looked at benchmarks on the 7770 and it does not perform even a fraction of the 7850 is they a way to get around this?
Would the motherboard from Doomedspeed's build solve this?
This is the current build I'm having troubles with this as http://gyazo.com/b1f1fefc5d0c432e8e452b4a518c1199

I would look to build that and scout around for a 2nd hand Nvidia 460 or an AMD 6850 (I'd prefer the 460, I own one still a great budget gaming GPU). I've seen 460s on the MM here recently for £50ish. 7770 vs 460

If you wanted to you could use the developers copy of windows 8 for 3 months for free then look to buy an OS later as my spec is already at your max budget without a GPU.
