Right, so first up, I know a lot of you guys here love to cook PROPER food as I call it.

So, who actually likes that frozen boxed stuff from the super markets? I am finding it massively bland compared to stuff I cook my-self. Is this the case with everyone else?

I really do love preparing and cooking my own food, I have nailed a lasagne a have my own 'special' recipe for chicken wrapped in bacon, stuffed with cheese. Epic food.

So, do any of you 'gastronomers' actually eat that mass produced and reformed cack from super-markets or do you buy fresh and cook from scratch?

like you i do prefer to cook from scratch, there are loads of recipes out there.
curries :)
lasagne
ragu
meatballs
stews
etc...

but i am partial to a s & k Pukka pie :)

very rare that people are purists now adays...even gastronomers like to take the easy root at times using processed food products, ie tomato purée.

Id like to thing im 70/30 eating non processed to processed.

I make a lot of my food fresh, sometimes i'll use a few pre made ingredients but nothing substantial, sometimes I'll make everything I possibly can from scratch but it's not often as I just don;t have the time
