Yeah exactly. I didn't feel comfortable paying £50 so held fire. But it's showing as £41 this morning. So I went for it. Just odd.

I used to love Capture The Leader in Gears 3 multiplayer, does this game have the same mode?

There is guardian mode. You kill the leader so no more spawning.

Has anyone had issues redeeming the codes for the other gears games. Only judgment has worked for me the others error but the code is recognised.... ?

where did you buy from?

ive had the same issue. bought from singapore.

Try redeeming the codes in your Microsoft/Xbox account through their website. Worked for me and I had the same problem.

ive tried this, both with/without a vpn, xbox set to uk or singapore.

tried on mobile app too

only judgement redeems

Have you bought it from Singapore? Were the other games rated for that country?

I have tried redeeming the codes on everything now and it just errors the same. I think I will send an email to MS and see what they say.

Bloody twice in my first KoH game. Apart from that I am enjoying it. Hope they do something similar to the sandstorm map that was in 3 (i think) I liked how it forced close quarters combat.

I caved yesterday when I saw it at £41. I did buy a £50 code from an online retailer for £46.99, so it felt like I was getting it even a little cheaper.

I've always enjoyed GoW, but haven't had the chance to play this latest one yet as my kids are currently hogging both consoles. I usually justify buying digital as I can gameshare with my kids; but they're too young to play GoW.

No you don't, its the same with Gears of War Ultimate edition from last year. Anyone who already had the previous games, sold or gave away the keys.

Its annoying in Horde when people quit so early, never have I made it passed wave 10 with all 5 players still.

Shame the game doesn't replace those players.

Also folk who join then do nothing except move into a corner....

finished the campaign today, loved every minute of it will play again some time on harder setting and to pick up all the intel i missed

This game really is excellent.
MP is great and has none of the issues that UE had. Solid connections and the Gnasher actually works right!
The campaign is fantastic as well. Starts off a bit rubbish but picks up when you encounter the Swarm. Plus it looks incredible as well.
Horde is good fun as well.

I'd say it's the best game so far on Xbox One.
