Hey guys

Seeing as there has been a lot of awesome online games of this in the past few days

Figured we'd get competitive

Introduction:
So heres the deal

Everyone most post there Forum name/Gamertag to put there self into the tournament, every person that enters will be assigned a number. And the numbers starting at 1 will go up in order according to when people sign up. When the entry date is closed, I will pick the teams by drawing random numbers of 4. These teams cannot be changed.

Team captains will be assigned and will be the first player drawn into that team. The team captain is responsible for getting his/her team together for the match time

Rules:

1. The map used will be determined by the players. When posting your name, if you could post your preferred map too and at the end the most voted for map will be the map used through the tournament. This map will be the only map used apart from the final

2. First to 5 rounds, round time of 10 minutes, Bleed out time of 20 seconds

3. Warzone type match only

4. No constant grenade tagging, obviously you can use it, just not ALL the time

5. If your team does not show up without prior notice the match will be automatically given to the opposing side. Matches can be rescheduled if enough notice is given

6. Games will be hosted by the player with the best connection from both teams. This must be decided well before the match

7. Have fun

32 Player Limit.

The structure will then be:

Quarter Finals
Semi Finals
Final

So hopefully they'll be plenty of interest

We've never had a round last 10 minutes yet on our games so far, and in a tournament game its there just incase although i guarentee it wont be used

And bleedout time could be made longer if more wanted to yeah
 
Good to see some interest, I'm aiming for 32 names so then we can have a basic structure of Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Final. This is easy to do and is less hassle than a league structure at first

Infact, 32 will be the limit so that it is a quick and easy tournament, and finishes before people lose interest :)

16 is the minimum, so that we could do 2 semis and a final, but we're one away from that so its looking good
 
It would be better to stick to forum members only, obviously if it doesnt reach 32 players then by all means add them. But for now I'd like to see if we can stick to OcUK members only

Once everyones seen the teams, and its been up a day or two, will sort the Quarter finals out

First match will probably be Sunday evening. Sundays are usually good for everyone and it gives plenty of time for people to say if that is ok
 
I know natham is pretty awesome at this game. I dont know about the others but I have faith in my team. There do look some pretty strong teams out there though.

I think when I made my program to make the teams I should have put some rules on whos team to put me in :p lol

But yeah its gonna be good guys, really looking forward to it

Probably mate, I'm sorry I'm terrible with names i really am lol.

And good or no good we're gonna kick ass either way :p

And leaders are just responsible for running the team and making sure there aware of matches and when and where they have to be to attend

:)

And if people want execution thats fine, this is the forums tournament so if thats what the majority want then its fine by me

I'd like to add to that

Do Not spawn on the same map as Kronologic, he will turn you into kibble with his shotgun
