Geforce 7900 GTX and NF4-Ultra D

will a
GeForce 7900 GTX 512MB run ok on a DFI LanParty UT NF4 Ultra-D (Socket 939) PCI-Express Motherboard (MB-014-DF)

Reason being after all the woes i had with the x1900xt if i can get a refund i think im going to switch to Nvidia

I only plan on running 1 card
