This card is clocked at 673MHz for core and 1683MHz for the shader while memory clock is yet to be determined. The memory interface is 256-bit with 512MB of 136-pin BGA GDDR3 memory onboard. It comes with two DVI-I and one HDTV-out. There are two SLI connectors and two 6-pin PCIe power connector. 256bit bus :(

Doesn't sound very gtx to me. Also what's going on with nvidia these days, seem to be going all eco-friendly. They shouldn't bother with the powerhouse cards.

And once again, I reiterate, 10.5" PCB? Why? What purpose does it have if there's only the standard 256-bit interface and a slight clock boost? Just for kicks or something? I don't get it... These 'facts' as they could loosely be referred to as just don't seem to add up?

Also the Core is slower than the BFG 8800 GTS 512mb OC (the same chip G92), but the 9800 GTX does have a whopping 9mhz extra on the shaders, my guess is TRi SLi, thats the main purpose of these cards i think judging by those specs, as its just a GTS with an extra SLi connector so it can be TRi SLi'd.

Looks pretty odd, more like someone took a pic of the gx2 and modified it slightly. The black of the heatsink just looks TOO black if you know what i mean.

Yeah, but who the crap would be dumb enough to buy three of the things? Really? They'd have to:

A: Have some kind of interest in technology.
B: Have cash coming out the ying yang.

Now, if A is true, no doubt they'll ask somebody or look at some benchmarks or something before they part with some of B correct? So assuming these specifications are true, nobody'd actually buy them unless they were priced at a similar (£200-ish) sort of price range. Now being it's a GTX card, it won't be priced that low. It just won't, don't even try to contemplate it, it goes against everything.

These cards are either fake or they may as well be fake because nobody will actually fork out for one...

Guys, just thought I'd let you know that picture is absolutely bonafida fake unless nVidia has some REALLY nice paint.

Random sample from the black area yields:

R: 1
G: 2
B: 4

Random sample from the white area:

R: 255
G: 255
B: 255

Well, the black is almost perfect black, and the white is perfect white. Try it yourselves.

OMG! put me down for 3!!!!

jk

i seriously hope this is a photoshop job otherwise Nvidia are going crazy if they think people will bother upgrading for this ****.

Nvidia's new slogan > why upgrade when you can sidegrade!

bunch of tards.
