Is it possible to an international bank transfer (actually, within Europe) without having a bank account? I know you can pay money into people's acccounts without being the actual account holder so could you do the same thing for overseas transfers? If so, what banks do it?

It's going to Estonia if it helps.

Not that I'm aware of. I work for HSBC and to do that form of payment (Priority Payment) you need a full bank account. It'll also cost you £21 to do it.

Your best bit is giving the full money amount and money to cover the bank's charges to someone you know/trust to do it for you, I would think.

You'll need Swift codes for the account holding branch, the branch address, and an IBAN number (international bank account number).

No theres no way, the only possibility to send cash like that is via Western Union. Unless of course there is a branch of the Estonian bank in the UK, which is of course very unlikely.
