If you use the insert link button, or go back and edit your post after you've just copied and pasted a link straight in, you'll see something that looks like this:

I've changed the square brackets for normal curvy ones so that the code doesnt work.
Replace the writing I've highlighted in red with what you want the link to be, like this:

(URL="http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18402386")link back to this page(/URL)

And then you'll end up with a nice neat link, looking like this:
