getting a lot of similar spam

I have been getting similar ones to that as well. I just set up my email client to block them. End of problem.

I use Thunderbird. I've never set Thunderbird up in terms of spam settings and I've never had any spam come though. That said I do have a good email provider which has excellent spam protection. My current setting on my email account is to have any suspected spam put into the Junk folder. There is nothing in the Junk folder and never has been to the best of my knowledge.

The only spam I do get is with my Gmail account and even then apart from 1 spam email everything has been sent into the Spam folder so again I don't see it in Thunderbird.
 
I use Eudora and I have just marked the first one as junk and it stopped all of them. I also use Thunderbird and the process is the same.

If you are using Outlook Express or Outlook, don't! No, seriously, in OE you select the message, click tools and Block sender from the drop down. That should stop them unless they spoof the sender address. Outlook 2003 should have a junk filter built in.
