Getting dents out of leather ?

I just took delivery of a new leather phone case for my E71 but there are a few very small but irritatingly noticeable impression type dents in the fold over flap that secures it closed.

Anyone got any tips on how to get them out ?

I know with wood you can steam out dents as long as the fibres aren't split. Can you do the same with leather ?

Before anyone suggests it , I've already tried a liberal coating of mustard.

you can steam leather but water marks can be a problem

errr my mum was taking carpet dents out today with icecubes (due to new suite)dont know if that would work for this

when i think about it I worry about the same sort of thing, heres my top two:

1/ is that 8ft swell too dangerous to paddle out into ,will i come out alive

2/how do i get rid of that small but irritatingly noticeable impression type dent

lol. Last time I had my phone in a leather case I got called a freshie by pretty much everyone. The tenth person that said it, I ripped the phone out and threw the case at his face.

I have also been called gay for having a novel in my school bag.

Which is why the last book I willingly read was about 8 years ago.
