getting gmail to delete emails across all my devices.

I currenty have,

Galaxy s3 gmail app,
Asus transformer gmail app,
Pc

Now for some reason if i delete a email on one it wont delete on the others. How do i fix this so they stay synced properly.

Ive used it before with K9 app but just wanted to get gmail app to do it.

Thanks everyone. Just using the site on the pc and think sync is already on both devices. Will keep digging.
