getting out of iphone 4 o2 contract

Well after many months of poor network services, Orange finally agreed to let me leave my contract after 10 months in. I did have a lot of hassle with the customer service, but a good moan to a manager has seen me get rid of my useless orange contract. Now got a new Iphone 4 at half the price.

Do you still have your iPhone 3GS???? Why don't you sell your iPhone 4, get atleast £350 - £450 for it, atleast pay more months off? Or you could go down the Iceman route and keep complaining, letter writting e.t.c.

That is brilliant, did you prove that your signal was bad? Did you write a letter off to head officers?

Had an iphone 3g on o2 pay as you go, and found it extortionately expensive to keep using. Now on an ipone 4 contract with 3 and have found the signal to be much better, and strangely enough the monthly payment is less than i used to spend on pay as you go! win win :) until the next phone comes out of course...

No but on friday i spent about 2 hours on the phone to them and 3 of the 4 calls were cut off. So between that and there very poor customer service, one of there managers finally rung me back and tried to offer me a new phone but i said it wont change the network i want to leave. Bearing in mind the last call i made on friday i was told a manager would ring back back with in an hour. I was still waiting on the sunday, Thats when i made my final call and told them there automated message of providing excellent customer service, was a loud off poop lol.
But fair play to the last person i spoke to just said once i send my phone back i will get a bill for what i have used it for this month, or maybe even a credit lol.
