Dues Ex 2 wasn't bad either. Not great perhaps, but still a decent game. So perhaps people should hold off for the steam Dues Ex pack offer which comes up quite frequently.....

Playing it through for the first time at the moment, you can live with the graphics and the game is excellent.

Updating the renderer to one of these helps the graphics somewhat. Texture filtering is significantly better. The opengl version doesn't work properly with Steam versions without replacing the .exe with a retail version though, don't know if it's the same with GFWL.

Seems like a pretty stupid attitude, do you not use Steam because it requires a steam account, or play your game online because that requires an account? Why on earth are you here because this requires an account as well!

Fooled? I haven't had a chance to play it yet after paying all of 10p for it...is there some issue with it?

It's nothing like it but it's better in my opinion.

But I come from a background of playing a lot of board games in this style, I can see what they wanted to do here. And I enjoy it.

Its online only no offline play but it does have achievements you need 4 players minimum though & the developer went bust so no more support if it does not work.
