GFWL Crazy Prices Sale Time Again!!

Its online only no offline play but it does have achievements you need 4 players minimum though & the developer went bust so no more support if it does not work.
Hmm, if anyone buys this I'd be interested to know how hard it is to find an online game. If memory serves it was 70% ish game in reviews when it came out so i dont thinks its necessary a must buy

It has free on PC to play cross platform play versus 360 players as well so you will not have any trouble finding players.

Interesting, I remember this was one of the unique selling points of the game at release wasn't it. I think they might have planned more xbox / pc cross platform titles but they didnt release any more games that supported it as a far as I know.

Seems like a pretty stupid attitude, do you not use Steam because it requires a steam account, or play your game online because that requires an account? Why on earth are you here because this requires an account as well!

I use steam because i game on the PC. Why should i be arsed with XBox Live when i don't own a console?

Shadowrun was also meant to have mouse control degraded, to stop PC players dominating console players.

I remember seeing a head to head match on Pulse (old channel on Sky of game matches), and the PC team got owned. They complained about the mouse lag as an excuse.

MS did as the following are all cross platform PC vs 360.

Lost Planet Extreme Colonies Edition (terrific Capcom Japan sci-fi 3rd person shooter)

Blazblue Calamity Trigger (terrific Street Fighter 4 style arcade fighting game)

Universe At War (average RTS from Petrograph)

You can pick all 3 up for less than £20 online if you look around make sure
Lost Planet is the GFWL version as there are 2 other versions which do not support cross platform play only the the GFWL version does.

I thought they ripped out the cross platform after the xbox people getting utterly destroyed even with an incredible level of auto aim, like on the pc would be considered a pretty obvious and instantly banned aim bot level of auto aim.

^ So say I'm playing BC2, I'll be able to play vs 360 players online via GFWL?
Obviously not its only if a game uses GFWL and even then it has to have been planned as a cross platform game from the start so the 360 version has the code to implement cross platform.

The main reason why you will never ever see many games support this is because PC gamers always have an advantage even when its gamepads only so MS lost interest in pushing developers into using cross platform.
