What's the difference between these barring the lack of CMOS reset button on the 5 and 3, and solitary x16 PCI-E slot on the 3? Hard to tell from the wall of specs but there doesn't seem much difference. Just slightly better quality components for overclocking?

Ar no sli on the ud5!?
It does support sli.
No point in buying these boards if you already have an 890FX motherboard with current CPU's at least, the reviews i've read show you won't even get an extra 1fps in games.
Better off either waiting till Bulldozer appears and seeing if reviews show a dramatic improvement in terms of clocking and performance compared to 890FX.
I think I'm gonna switch to Intel/Sandybridge sick of waiting for AMD to bring out there CPU's on schedule and then I bet a 4.6GHz + Sandybridge CPU will still own AMD's Bulldozer.
