Gigabyte Aorus X570 Master constant noise level

Bios version F11. In the Aorus SIV application on the Smart Fan 5 Advanced tab, my noise level is constantly at 88dB even when the Smart Fan5 Auto is set to Quiet mode. Any one else seeing this? I have checked the connection of the noise sensor and it can only be connected the one way.

But it's pretty much the same bar power delivery
And slower ethernet
No problem here
But about 30 minutes ago it said there's a bios update
I am on f11
Not had time to look yet
But may be of help possibly

Thanks for quick reply. Just found this https://www.fosshub.com/HWiNFO.html It reads the noise sensor real time and it is definitely changing so it must be a bug in the SIV app.

Would not surprise me
Smart fan 5 shows 3 of my fans at. 0rpm
Yet in the alert section of it they are correctly reported

Really weird because after running the HWINFO application the SIV software is now reporting a changing noise level.

And what are the fans actually doing?
Quiet
Loud
Totally opposite of software report etc
Ie fans/noise is fine it's just software is wrong

edit
and still says f11 on website
but firmware update utility is updating it to i dont know what
as i type this

weirdly it flashed f3 on there
trying to go back to f11 now

The fans are running very quiet and still reads 88db. If I keep the SIV software open on Smart Fan 5 Advanced I see constant 88dB. Leave SIV open and run the HWINFO application and select Sensors tab and the SIV reading immediately starts reading.
