A lot of places are off loading new mining boards cheap 30 quid. I have spare ram. Cpu. Psu gfx and case. Are these boards still perfectly fine for a new pc. Just seem to have more pcie slots

They'll work, just might lack some of the features of other boards ... maybe less USB, SATA ports, maybe no m2 slot, that sort of thing. For a basic system should be fine. (H81 mining board with haswell i5 worked absolutely fine as a back up pc for me)
