Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 owners - your thoughts please

Considering getting one of these tomorrow for my i5 build.

Just a few questions :

1: What RAM are you using with it? - I was going to get the CAS8 Ripjaws
2: Whatr CPU cooler are you using? - I was looking at the Freezer Pro Rev2 or Akasa AK968
3: Whats it like for overclocking?

And are there any issues you guys may be having with it?

1. Ram will work fine.
2. Coolers will work fine with it.
3. Seen many people on forums get 4+ GHz out of the UD2 fully stable using the 750.
