Im after some advice

I have a system built with the following components
  • Gigabyte X99-Gaming 5P Intel X99
  • Intel i7-5820K
  • Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4x4GB) DDR4 PC4-24000C15 3000MHz Quad Channel Kit
  • Zotac GeForce GTX 980Ti AMP Edition 6144MB
  • Corsair Hydro H110i GT CPU Cooler
Im having and always have had issues with the system booting up and random crashes, it prob boots-up successfully 1 in 5 attempts

I bought the above components for a gaming machine with some overclocking in mind, but I cannot run anything but stock settings, temps all look fine, I'm tempted to blame the memory - if I touch anything on the the memory XMP etc. it just refuses to boot, but I also have to mess with what is plugged into the USB ports

I have tried new Bios, voltages, read-up online, etc..

So do I bin the MB and CPU and go with a new board and CPU or hang-in and replace the Memory and hope for the best

If replace the MB & CPU which one ?

I just want a PC that I can boot up and have a Game on with out messing about.

Thanks in advance
