Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 - a couple of questions

Hi

I'm thinking of getting one of these cards to replace my GTX 285, but I just have a couple of questions.

First of all, will my CPU be a bottleneck for it? I have an i7 860 @ 2.8GHz. A decent processor I think, but it is a few years old now.

Also, does anyone know if I'll have any trouble fitting it in to my Antec 902 case, as it looks like a pretty big card.

Pretty sure it's about the same length as your 285.

Not a big bottle neck, but clock speed is too low.

Get a good cooler and overclock cpu as high as safely possible.

Hmm, I don't really want to go down the overclocking route, as I've never actually done it before, and I'd probably end up frying the processor.

Maybe I'll have to think about just doing a full system upgrade or going for a slightly less powerful card...

I was like you, but really it's quite easy. (Well cpu anyway)

Create a thread in the overclocking section, and as long as you dont go over safe voltage or thermal limits, you wont fry the cpu.
