Hi guys, first time posting in here..so my 970 has now started playing up windows boots in fuzzy and pink/red with artifacts..bought November 2014 so clearly no warrenty but I'm curious as to anyone else had a out of warrenty card looked at for a diagnosis? Would they consider it and could the cost possible outweigh the cards worth

might not be the card itself mate. I would take the card out and reseat it first tbh. and try the drivers and stuff as well.... boot the pc up in safe mode and see if its the same

Thanks for the reply, unplugged card and reseated it, booted into safe mode but exactly the same...Also uninstalled drivers, pc was perfect last time I used it and I've got it where it can't be bumped or moved etc

If its artifacting in colors ( usually pink ) it usually points to memory (vram) failure . try underclocking memory to see .

If you have another graphics card slot on your motherboard try that and perhaps the various outputs the card has just to explore other possible fixes. Does sound like the card is going though
