Hi guys,

Bit of a strange question, after a series of occurences, I am now down to the question of asking will the Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 mATX motherboard be ok to work with a Radeon 5970. The board only has one 'working' pci-e x16 slot using the pci-e lanes routed directly into the CPU. That is the top x16 slot.

But will it be able to fit?? (i.e. clear the various heatsinks and sata ports?)

Am just slightly worried that the heatsink will obstruct the card getting into the slots, and also the sata ports being a bit high?

Please just if anyone knows if it will be ok let me know as this is kind of urgent.

Cheers.
