Gigabyte nForce3 vs Asrock 939Dual-SATA2

Hi,
Just got an X2 4600 and the gigabyte nForce3 mboard. Is there any significant differences speed wise verses the Asrock 939Dual-SATA2?
Didn't find the Asrock until after my order was sent.

Nforce 3 should be slightly faster than the ASRock iirc, but on the other hand I've only had bad experiences with Gigabyte boards.

Would guess the asrock will overclock better though!!

The ASRock also allows you to change to a more modern graphics card and AM2 cpu when you want without buying another board. And considering the cost of it, very good deal. Question of wether you can be bothered with the hassle or want to spend more money now to save money later. :confused:
