When will OcUK have either of these in stock? Will it be the case that they'll be no guarantee of the revision you'll receive?

I currently have revision 1.0 of the DS3R with F4/5 BIOS and am having problems with my GeIL 2GB PC6400C4.

Both sticks will only work together if I put them in slots 1 and 4. Any other combination and the board will try to POST or restore previous BIOS settings, but reboot before succeeding.

I’ve noticed some other users having the same power-up/reboot cycle with no beep codes. I seemed to kind of fix it by booting with only one stick after taking out the CMOS battery for five minutes and making sure to use Legacy/PWM fan settings rather than Intel QST. It all seemed a little random though.

I have to run the RAM at the default 1.8V rather than the recommended 2.1V as otherwise I get memory errors when running MemTest or Orthos. This in turn means that I have to run at 5-5-5-18 rather than 4-4-4-12 timings.

It doesn’t seem to be a problem with the memory as I can run them individually at 2.1V 4-4-4-12 in any slot.

My other specs are an E6750, 8800GTS 640MB and a Corsair 520HX with the 4-pin plugged in.

If you get errors in memtest then the ram is faulty....

Sounds like a memory problem if you ask me.

Why would the memory slot combination I use on the motherboard make any difference if it was only faulty RAM? Also, they seem to work perfectly individually.

Did anyone else who had similar problems with this board simply RMA it? If you were someone who got it replaced, did a new board with the same revision make any difference?
