gigabyte p35c ds3r woes

my usb ports seem to be messed up

my razer coper head keeps conecting and disconnecting

now my z board is doing the same

is there a nown fault with the motherboard chipset or drivers

None that i know of, have you tried all the ports on the back panel?

All my gigabyte boards had dodgy usb ports, and or headers , i just lived with it, bloody annoying thou.

I don't think its a motherboard problem... if I plug a USB keyboard or mouse to my laptop and they are both on the same root hub they will random turn themselves off and on again at intervals between 1.5 to 5 minutes... very annoying. Changing the legacy options in the BIOS has no effect on it - only by having them alone on a root hub does it not happen...

I get that too, I always thought it was just because of a loose fitting USB port though.

I think it might be a problem with selective suspend but I'm not sure... haven't been able to narrow it down yet...
