Gigabyte Silent Pipe pins

i've recently brought a EX38-DS5 from the MM and the Silent pipe is missing a pin which holds in place the NB cooler.

I'm wanting to get hold of these to replace it and currently having no luck locating any.

Gigabyte are offering me an RMA but unsure as the board is second hand and i'll be without my PC for over a week.

Can i source these else where or does anyone on here have any spare??

Are these the little black spring loaded pins? Most 3rd party NB heatsinks use them. You can get a cheap one off the bay for a couple of quid and just use the pins. You could also use some small bolts, but make sure you stick a fibre or plastic washer between the bolt and the board.
