She's only been lifting for 3 months so really
Proud of the enthusiasm and commitment she's putting into this certainly going to be an encouragement for me to get my backside in gear and get back lifting

Nice! she will be out lifting you in no time ;)
Does she have a good coach?

She's only been lifting 3 months but the club she's in have a good reputation her coach is a decent guy and from my (very) limited knowledge seems to know what he's doing I used to work with an ex scottish champion power lifter so might drop him a mail and pick his brains

just a quick update,

next competition Scottish Dev cup and Scottish schools on the 15th of feb,

will keep you guys updated

It of a disaster today

Pulled a muscle on the first snatch of the day :(
Retired after the 2nd still it's all about the taking part

Currently watching the youth groups Christ some of these young guys are putting some serious weights up not even started shaving and some of them are lifting. North of 90 clicks on the clean and jerk christ I feel so unfit

bit of a weird one OP but who are you as im sure ive seen this on my facebook so your either one of my friends or a friend of a friend lol...

perhaps a facebook cycling related page connection?[/QUOTE

Nope not a cycle person

Rob Finlayson in the real world

We'll it appears we erred in leaving early after Shelbi picked up her injury

Despite not doing her final lift and us buggering off for icecream she still placed first in her group
